Vacancy – Call Centre & Claims Adjudicator

Are you well spoken with great customer service skills? An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading provider of medical aid solutions who is looking for Call Centre & Claims Adjudicators to join their team. This position reports to the Call Centre Supervisor.

The Job Involves (among other duties):

  • Pre-authorising treatments for clients over the phone.
  • Adjudication of medical claims.
  • Attending claims enquiries/queries from clients over the phone and on online platforms.


  • Five (5) Ordinary Level passes including English Language and Mathematics.
  • A Degree in Social or Commercial Studies is a must.
  • A medical qualification, such as a Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Pharmacy or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare or call centre environment is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Sound computer skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
